In two weekends time the bmw will finally go into the paint shop. :hammerhead:

The ktm is sorted and running well, replaced the head gasket and managed to do a DIY decat. The thing is obnoxiously loud :smilebounce:

And this showed up at my door looking for a new friend, so I invited it in. "94 model with the 1.8l motor.

I rate you and Gareth would easily fit into the mx5.

My father's Alfs Romeo Spider duetto, has a completely different seating position , I can see over the windscreen when seated comfortably. So your head would definitely collect some bees in that.

I can't wait to get sorted and then polished up. I have not polished the 46 for two years :thumbdo: only then will I be able to appreciate the rims as well.

I bought the detailing in the same week I did the rims, and had the bump. They have been used on both the Ktm and the Miata already. :roflol:

And they it has not been even been a year yet, close but not yet:smilebounce:

White is on, the weather was not great yesterday. I need to flat the white again to remove some fish-eyes which formed in the white layers. Then some more white and clear coat.

The door sill could not be done due to the changing weather. I did not want risk spraying it with the potential mist/ light rain we had yesterday.

This finally happened, paint seems to match well. I need to wash and polish to confirm, and there is some small fitment adjustments I need to make, during the course of this week or next weekend before I wash and polish. But everything works and seals which is a relief. I feel less ashamed of my e46 now. :dunnoanymore:

Total spend so far about 4500 bucks was quote 45k and 35k.
