Now just add some chrome fender liners to go with your new instrument gauges, maybe also some chrome trim inside and all around your rear lights,
:smilebounce:

Thanks and regards,

Haha DB, lookin good, more pics of the rims on the mountains!!! :)

Rims are off the style 44's are back on. The rubber on the style 152 is finished. On a mission for decent price to have them fixed.

Rims refurbished and new skinny rubber bits, so far the arches have not touched the wheels. Which is a relief. The rims are painted the same way hyper silver is painted but the instead of using silver a darker gray is used. It relfects the enviroment around, not mirror like but highlights are coloured (green or blue or brown). In direct sunlight the highlights are white/silver.

I am very happy the results

Unfortunately I spoiled my fun by reversing into pole on Friday. I am so incrediblely pissed-off with myself but anyway life goes on. I will have insurance sort it once the KTM is up and running again.

I will wash and polish her up tomorrow and try take some proper photos. The photos don't how much the colour actually pops.

Car feels so much better on straight rims, feels like a new car.

Only managed to snap one pic of my car at the dynoday

It made some decent power putting down 135kw and 222nm which is flywheel cause cape town is "mos" different. 7kw and 23nm down from stock seems good to me.

The 125 made 139kw which is 21 down from stock. Seems normal to me :fencelook:
I can't recall the nm :hammerhead:

It ended up beating my car to the "3rd step" :roflol:.

Those rims looked great in silver, but your description of the new colour sounds more impressive, your picture taking skills on the other hand.....:roflol::roflol:

The colour description is what i would want, so if you get a chance take some close ups.

Sorry about the door DB, maybe you were getting to used to the KTM dimensions, wait.., what happened to the KTM?

Agree the silver did look good too. But I am happy with the colour you can see just enough reflections so it does not look like a rubber rim.

The door dent had me down so I was not to enthusiastic to take pics. Will get some decent ones soon.

The ktm is overheating, waiting for a thermostat from the dealer. :eek:mgwaiting:
