why are taking away the looks from the SO's car, drawing too much attention...? :biglol::biglol:

Looking great Ray, did you keep the tyres or fit another set? I would have thought the F30 tyres would be undersized, but they look right so I'm not sure.

LMAO, nah she actually experienced a crappy vibration on her car between 120-160kph. I wanted to find the root cause and the first logical place to start were the wheels/tyres. I figured the easiest thing to do is swap them with mine. once done I took her car for a test drive and problem solved. We discovered that the front tyres on the 20s did not wear out evenly and have flat spots, so they will need to be replaced. Until then I'm keeping the 20s on the fiver.
Funny thing though with the wheels on the fiver the vibration is barely noticeable so I am in no rush to replace the tyres :roflol:
Probably because you spend more time above that speed :smilebounce:

Small update, I was having issues with my car throwing errors at high RPMs. "boost pressure lower than expected" Dannyboy was kind enough to come through to my place on a Sunday to assist me with a boost leak test. :praise: We found a leak between the charge pipe and cold side cooler pipe.
As preventive maintenance I had already ordered a charge pipe from Rennzport. Excellent service from them as usual :ty:
I was amazed how easy the fitment is on the F10 compared to the F30. I was done in around 30min with it. :smilebounce:
I still need to fine tune the car to get it to its full potential, I am currently only running a stage 1 file. I feel that these cars need to have a bigger cooler to get the most out of them. Hoping to get that done in the near future. But for happy that she is running in good health.

The stock charge-pipe is not damaged, just replaced to be safe as they know to pop :tiptoe:

Hi Guys, had the opportunity to have another small cosmetic mod done.
A very big :ty: to the team at VPS Randburg for their excellent workmanship and hospitality during the installation.
I opted for the XPEL headlight, Taillight, Fogs and Rear Reflector Protection

The M5 Badge was damaged by a runaway stone, looks like it was a sign from the Gods :biglol: Im happy to have it removed, although it wasn't the way I planned on doing it, guess it works for now.

Really looks slick. Just a quick question, does the tint on the headlights affect the strength of the headlights at night?

I would be lying if I said it didn't, however it is not major. I dont feel the need to get brighter bulbs or remove the tint. I will try and post a night pic:thumbs:
