It's like a disease, need to mod something everyday

Unfortunately I can't go any further, need to first go fetch my woodworking tools out of storage.

Thanks Gents.

With the Headlights out the way, I can start focusing on the OEM sound upgrade, which is lacking in my opinion.

Decided on a Focal 27v2 Woofer, that will be built into a custom side panel box.

Thanks gents.

Doing a little every night as I get time, will lay the fibreglass this weekend.

Received my splits for the front and rear last night, they are not the best out there, but will be a huge improvement over the stock ones, and I have installed them before and they sound really good.

img_8847_8931250697.jpg

Then started on the design for the subwoofer facia baffle.
img_8854_4676851225.jpg

Also started with the covering and design on the amp rack.

you are doing exactly what i would love to do to my E90 :clapper:
I am so keen to see how it turns out.

Thats one hell of a sub you got there. that sound quality msut be amazing. you got to love the craftsmanship of Focal subs. they good enough just to look at and admire, never mind how they sound. i wonder how that polyglass material of the cone feels?

Cant wait to see how this turns out :=):
