Will do, it all comes down to driving style but im happy if i get 15k out of a set, thats like 1 set a year and half for me. Not too fased as long as the brakes stop lol. I mainly drove to work and back in stop en go traffic and weekends use the wifes car. Textar pads at bmw after 20% discount came in around R1700 which is crazy...but textar is a proper pad.FerdiBotha said:Funny, @SubLoaded apparently only got 15 000km out of his Surebrake pads. Maybe it was a bad batch. (Link to post - https://www.bmwfanatics.co.za/showthread.php?tid=83750&page=5)

Car definitely has more power, torque is better and revs pick up quick when accelerating. Engine is much quieter and the car over all just drives 100 times better than before.
Monitored the temps all the way to work and got up to 87deg fairly quick and stayed between 87/88 degrees so all is good.
I disconnected my EGR vacuum yesterday and blocked the pipes off and no error codes have popped up yet. I am however getting that weird noise when the actuator for the EGR comes on so will unplug it and see if i get an error, if i dont then ill be sourcing a EGR blank off kit later.
Car pulls like a train again! So happy!
Will be replacing diesel filter and washing the gearbox soon as i bought a new 2ton trolley jack this weekend, autozone had a great special.
Cheers guys!
