Hi BMWFanatics :praise:

Firstly thank you for this great forum :ty:

Well let's get into it:

My name is Milano and I've recently become a 325iS owner:inlove:

I have always loved E30's we have had a good few in the family so it's kind of in the blood aswell...

My car is sadly far from pristine. It was resprayed some time back by a previous owner(a real backyard paint job) and the fellow that had the car before me wrapped the car in matt black to hide the poor paint job. It doesn't look too bad but I prefer the car to look original.

So future plans include stripping the car to the bone and making sure everything is as good as new, a real restoration/project car

I will try my best to do everything only with original parts because I believe in keeping things original as BMW did everything perfectly back in the day.

The car was originally Astral Silver so that will be the colour of choice and once it's looking as good as new I will focus on getting more power out of the M20 motor keeping it Normally Aspirated though.

I'll let the pics do the rest of the talking before I yap too much:idea:

Original Lower piece of the seat, front seats and rear backrest was changed.

Need to get the shorter motorsport badges for the front seats...

Now I just need to save and do things properly to get her to her former glory :joy:

This will be a slow project as I need to work around saving money to do everything:=):

P.S. If anyone knows a Pam Seager(Original Owner), I now own their car car lol, interesting that the original service book is still intact :bravo:

Cheers,

Milano

A car like this deserves to be kept original, congrats on finding one before it ended up being stripped for spares.

Taking it back to the original colour will definitely be worth it, good luck!

congrats man.
I think everyone here has the utmost respect for someone who wants to take an icon and restore it to its former glory, so cudo's to your chap!

There are, however, some rules that accompany such a task:
1. Pics. WE fanatcis LIVE and THRIVE on pics.
2. A little accompanying story
3. Regularity of the above!

oh and women. We live and thrive and drive and ride on those too, but we dont speak much about that. Excpet Coisman and his ex and his Mother in Law, of which they do not qualify for Living, thriving, driving or riding. :nonono: Not even in the least.
Only thing they qualify for riding is broom.
