The HH plates are from Germany (Hansestadt Hamburg) which you also could figure out from the D in the blue Euro section on the left side :idea:

I think there are two (one being the one in CPT) in the country - pity so few! Not everyone's cup of tea, but I thought they looked really nice at the time. Also note how similar the wheel design is to the standard old E46 330i wheels!
