Bawb's E46 M3

It's time, finally. The 330i's been flawless in 10k km of ownership, and with the stupid 130km to work and back that I now do in a day, it hasn't really been practical for me to replace it with something that would be more maintenance intensive... so the 330i stays as the daily.

So this one will be for Fridays and weekends... I've been sorely tempted to break my no-more-financing-cars rule for instant gratification, but I've managed to stick it out, while stumbling across a mint example that falls in my budget and doesn't require finance.

An bone-stock 01 Jet Black E46 M3 manual, with 134700 km on the clock and OEM 19's. Black leather interior, albeit with wood trim (yeuch).

Picked her up yesterday afternoon.

My two E46's... still arguably BMW's most iconic shape.



Yes, I know the rear wing is missing... it blew off after some numpty didn't use the proper double-sided tape to attach it. Luckily I've got a spare from the M3 SMG I was stripping...



Engine bay pic - filthy, I know... will take care of it soon... as well as adding the //M strut brace that's currently fitted to the 330i.



Wood trim - yuck...

Luckily I've rescued most of the dark metallic gray trim panels from the other M3, so with those, in conjuction with a can of black matt plastidip and a weighted M-sport gearknob, I can change the entire interior to my own taste of somber gray / black interior.
