What a beautiful thing!Woke up early on Saturday morning and decided to go for a sunrise cruise and grab some photos before heading for a coffee!

And then got back to this beautiful sight. There is something so good about a simple narrow body 911.

No updates besides replacing the kidney grille I lost on Bainskloof (R1500 per side if anyone is wondering and needs to replace one).
Also decided to make the best of the decent winter weather we've been having and head to out watch the trackday this past Saturday. I have no desire to take this car on track, I'm too precious about it 😂 so just went to watch a few mates have fun.
Spotted this very clean 328i race car that had a lot of nice little details, like the wider front fenders to fit a 265 square setup. Took a lot of notes for ideas for my car...
Also happened to spot @tyronejames on the way home!

Woke up feeling a little sad and slightly regretful this morning, not going to lie. What is it with these stupid cars.
Anyway, I thought I may as well close this thread out with the final updates done before it sold.
A couple of weeks ago I took the car to Auto Velvet for full paint correction and a 5 year ceramic coating. The guys did an incredible job, there was not a single swirl mark on that car when I collected it. It was perfect.
I also saw the inner tail lights/reverse lights had some slight micro-cracks in them which bugged me, so ordered some new ones from BMW and replaced them. While I was in there, I removed all the tail lights and cleaned behind them with APC as there was a decent amount of dirt.
It really turned out to be a unicorn, I'll miss it dearly.
