Sooooo....been a while guys BUT all is good!
After my last post, took some time away from this project to give my mind some rest and reduce the hair loss. - Also had some work to do that required some travelling.
Anyway, got talking to a few guru's that was helping remotely to try diagnose the issue I was having.
Eventually started putting feelers out with a fellow fanatic friend.....and so came
@Danny2 from DSC Motorsports to the rescue!
He went through all the codes I sent him and basically pin pointed it down to the HPFP. He then contacted
@Alex@Madnessmotorsport to organize one. (Big Thanks Alex!), Danny then collected the pump and shot out to my place and offered up his precious time to help me fit it and get this motor going.....genuinely good hearted guy and loves his cars.
We fitted everything and both of us learnt alot in between.
Two cranks later and she fired right up!
From there we parted ways for now....but will be coming around soon for some sweet tuning and some tasteful mods.
I then continued to re-assemble everything, coolant pipes, front cradle, radiators, BIGGER intercooler hehe, New rear diff oil, new front discs and pads, etc
Bleed the coolant system, checked temps, once all had green lights, i began the diesel bleeding procedure. Then I noticed a slight leak on Injector 3 and 6, fortunately injector 3 just needed a little tightening but injector 6 i had to reclean the seat.
NOW we were ready to rock and roll.....took her out for her maiden voyage and boy did I miss her.....everything that was making me want to set everything on fire with all the hassles and expenses finally made it all worth it!!!
Stay tuned..... next up, she's going into the panel beaters to bring her back to her former glory and give that paint the care it needs and repair some panels, Maybe

From there she will be going to get her mapping redone, stainless steel brake lines put in and potential water meth down the line.
