Congrats bud! Stunning car!
@TurboLlew You're probably right. Plan is to get a new bumper fitted at an ARC either way. Hopefully the rest of the body is as I think it is.
Plan is in my name already. Seller also paid for 2 years extension out of his pocket which was another point that swayed me to the deal.
I'm seriously considering the Giulia QV.... Like seriously seriously.Ah bugger.. No it's not, do tell.
The advice is much appreciated @TurboLlewOk great!
You don’t need a new bumper… I’ve seen way worse turn out perfectly. Just doing a new set of grilles and the centre mesh panel at the bottom that houses the radar unit will probably be all the refresh you need. Just have the lights polished and put PPF on them as well. Better use of the money than buying panels.
Keen to hear your feedback on the Michies. I have always been a Michelin fan, and have Pirelli on the 340 now, and I am absolutely sold. The carbon bits arrived today, albeit two LHS front splitters
Picked up a nail as well in the left rear P Zero. Its repaired but it I'm not confident driving around with a repaired tire and its also a good excuse to just go Michelin PS now... will see.
Just waiting to get a gap to get the front bumper sorted then paint correction, ceramic coating and leather coating.

The grip is incredible! It gets out the blocks so well, I'm very impressed.
Keen to hear your thoughts on the Michelin being superior.
I hadn't noticed that either tbh. These comments do make me paranoid lol as I did spend a lot less than anticipated on an M5 comp and we all know what cheaper gets us...Interesting this has driving assistant and parking assistant plus without the radar - another thing I only just noticed LOL. I assumed you had to have the radar for it (and not just the active cruise)
The splitters definitely work! Not a big fan of the painted/wrapped bars in general but I think with the lighter colour the white bar also does work.
coming together nicely - definitely report back on the Michelins. I've enjoyed them so far but on the F90 I haven't had them myself. Not a P Zero fan (I sold the factory ones off my alfa with less than 5000km done on them and fitted PSC2s) but might be different on the F90!
The difference on the PS4's compared to the P Zero's on the F10 M5 was night and day, most noticeably how the tire performed (or didnt rather) first thing on a cold morning. Im not sure how well that is going to translate with the F90's 4WD system as it just seems to grip no matter how fast I take a corner no matter the time of day or temp.
Im changing mainly due to the repair and paranoia of driving a high performance car with a repaired tire - https://www.bmwfanatics.co.za/threads/pirelli-pzero-20-tires.99946/ if any one is interested. Keen to get rid of them and not sit around and gather dust.

Im going to call BMW and see what they say.
Car booked in for tires on Monday super tech pinetown, will feedback after going up fields hill 😆
In general the Michelins get better mileage out of them. I do think performance wise there’s a lot of tyres equivalent.Have had some seat time with the PS4s, they're definitely grippier than the Pzeros but not by any significant margin. Bearing in mind I'm comparing a brand new set of ps4s against Pzeros with 50% life.
I will add that the difference is far less noticeable than it was on the F10. Assuming due to the 4WD and the car making up for my lack of driving talent 🤣. Maybe 2WD mode will show the difference more prominently.
I want to say they're quieter as well but the car is so well insulated I'm not sure that's actually the case.
In conclusion if you have an F90 with PZeros and you're thinking of changing, wear them out first.
