Hi all,
So it seems @Bugger's slip and fall is happening a lot recently, got himself a nice 2023 M440i GranCoupe. I drove it in the weekend and I must say, there is no feeling that this car is a 4 door GrandCoupe, it is an absolute blast to drive yet refined for a proper daily drive. 30500km on the clock, extras ticked include heads-up display, Drivers Assist package etc above the norm. The new dash is massive, and the little gear switch is a different feel overall...it has a ton of toys but the drive, wow!

For a moment, I thought you finally replaced the M135i, until I read brother in law in the title .

Congrats to him, may he have many safe KMS and races with it. And may he also let you drive it when you miss the fast car life🤣JK.

Never really been a Gran Coupe fan, but they have grown on me overtime, especially this and the M6 GC.

Oh forgot to add, this car has the MPerf backboxas well so adds to the fun. It really does wake it up more!

Ha ha ha! Unfortunately not dude, but yes I will convince him! The GC also grew on me in this shape, somehow the F series still didn't do it for me personally.

Congratulations to him! I agree these cars don't feel their weight had the same experience with my m340i. M440i is such a blast to drive, drop the M Performance Exhaust on it and it will come alive... Those software updates that bmw push down affects the exhaust note (pops and burbles) when I found the right one I disabled the updates, one of them actually over muted the exhaust. I guess they are tinkering with the DME ECU (Fueling and the likes) because the pops and burbles from my m340i were not from the speakers...

I have those seats in my X4 and they are by far the best seats I have come across in any BMW I've owned. I am thinking of pinching them out the X4 to put in the 5 series they are that good 🙈 .
