So finally got around to the oil service. According to the computer its only due Oct 2024 and 13 000km.
This after the previous service was done in May this year and 9000km ago
Booked the car in at BMW Tygervalley.

Correction. I done 7000km since the last service. It was reset yesterday and now shows next service April 2025 or 20 00km. Will do the next service in 10 000km or oct 2024 which ever comes first.
Had a good service experience from SMG Tygervalley. Its down the road from work so will use them for services going forward.

No adjustments was made to the gearbox. These ZF boxes are strong. I did as preventitave maintenance send the car in for the gearbox to be serviced. New pan with filter and ZF oil.

Shot man... I'm toying with the idea of making some changes to my 320d, turn it into a little bit of a sleeper. I'll keep thinking about it though, until the bank manager says I can spend some money hahaha.

The pothole I hit in July on my way up to Cape town with my move came back to give me another bite.
Left rear tire developed a bubble and I could not ignore it any longer. Not only is it unsafe but I need to travel to the Northern Cape on the 17th.
Replaced both rears with Bridgestone Potenza run flats, Done wheel alignment and balancing on all 4 wheels. Both left wheels had a buckle and I had to have them straightened. They have Wheel Collison in house.

The thought of a gloss black 320i badge has crossed my mind.
Think I actually need to ease off a bit with my spending spree on the car. I do however want to get the Heritage badge set next from Firi.
There is some other plans as well. Seems it just never ends.

Perhaps I should get a girlfriend. Dates must be expensive by now so that should help with the modding bugIt will never end...possibly if you trade down into a Kwid/Swift it may..
For now I shall enjoy the modding freedom of the single life. 😛
