Well let's see, I had the bmw pickup for 4 years, it's gone to the scrap metals after my crash, it was origanaly a 1985 318 cabrio, the yellow bmw was a 1985 323, i swopped a pc for the body and installed a toyota 3c 2.2 td with a 318 bmw gearbox in it, had it for a year and sold it,I bought the mercedes february last year, still have it , it's a 4.2 v8 auto 1986 acording to the web it pushes out 157kw and 310nm, fast but very thirsty.

musta been allot of work to make that E30 a Ute/Bakkie ... damn, I saw the process someone went through to make an E39 M5 into a Ute .. and damn was that allot of work ... so ye, big up man..

the Benz looks good, I like these old mercs, Especially the SEC, the 2door coupe version of the one you have ... I still want to get a 560SEC .. they are real nice ! hehe ...

don't worry about negative comments .. the guys here are just really strict about the way they think bmw's should look .. don't stress it.

Look under the post of my little bmw, the pics are there, and please heed my warning, stay away from the 560sec, they were known as porsche hunter, most of them have been abused and just to give you an example, pirate parts to overhaul the 420's engine costs R45 000, nice cars but stay away, and thanx for the nice comments :thumbsup:
