The Grand Finish- Singapore Grey M6 GC (Detailing Content)

Ever since Singapore gained independence in 1965, the country has been an established democracy. At least until the BMW M6 Gran Coupe showed up, the Singapore (Grey) King, with all of it's horses, all 560 of them.

Many questioned the 6-series Gran Coupe when BMW introduced it to their ever-expanding model line-up. Throw in a Twin Turbo 4.4-litre V8 with the BMW M goodies, and those critics have never looked back since. The results were impeccable.

When the vehicle drove in, the paint was rather dreary, with swirl presence a bit more than substantial (however, we were unable to document this on camera:thumbdo:).

First things first, we had the car washed, foamed using Auto Finesse Snowfoam, and shampooed with Auto Finesse Lather luxury shampoo, thereafter the paint was decontaminated using clay. Coupled with the usual selection of wheel and fender brushes. The M6 was already starting to take shape...

Out came the Flex, the Big Foot, and the Big Foot Mini, a.k.a the Small Foot:rollsmile:

We proceeded to do a few test panels, and found that Scholl S17 coupled with FlexiPad cutting pads was the winning formula.

The entire front end of the vehicle was coated with paint protective film, and so was cleaned using AF Tough Prep to restore it to it's former glory..

From here onwards, the M6 received the full AF treatment. After the cutting step was completed, and in order:
-AF Tough Prep to clean the paint
-AF Power Seal sealant
-AF Illusion wax, to leave that show car look

Finally, all the finishing touches were applied:
-All trims coated with AF dressle
-Exhaust tips and wheels cleaned off and sealed

Enjoy!:clapper:

-Thanks to the CCT team for putting in the effort:blowheart:
-Thank you for your support, and your time!:ty::clapper:

The colour hides swirling really well and not always visible as to how it robs the paintwork of depth and colour. Once again the boys knocked this out of the park. It looked so good, that I had the owner call me on several times to comment on how happy this was.
