Hi buddy. I won the E36 M3 model in an ebay auction.

The 1:18 scale BMW 1M models will be produced this year for the first time by model manufacturers : GT Spirit and Minichamps. They should be out before year end.

Got these a few weeks ago. Unfortunately the one door and mirror on the silver one broke off in transit so I need to figure out a way to fix it:nonono: The door hinges are incredibly fragile on these models:yuck:

Seen a few of them on eBay. Judging by the price I'd expect quality to be in line with autoart and kyosho. I see a few 1m's in Valencia orange on pre order.

GT Spirit is from the same company that makes Otto models. Otto makes the E34 and E39 BMW M5 models which are top notch. But like OTTO, GT Spirit models are made from resin and not diecast.

It is best to pre-order items from their webstore as it's much cheaper than buying from ebay or model shops.

The model in the first link has some small issues so I'd say go for the one in the second link. Current bid is a bit steep, but these cars are really hard to find.

R1076.76 with a 9% discount when I placed the order, not sure what they sell for now. Really good price if you ask me and if you don't mind waiting 7-8months:rollsmile: I totally forgot that I ordered it until I got a call this week saying it had arrived:cartel: There's no indication on the box of who it's made by, but from what I gather I think it's Minichamps. I see them going for around R2-3k on eBay. Thinking of ordering an M5 and M6 as well:rollsmile:

Ebay for the CSL, I just checked there does not seem to be one right now. If I had guess R2000,00 bucks maybe.

1M not sure if they are in production yet, sorry
