Sunblock stain on leather

Hopefully the gurus can help me here.
A friend has a sunblock lotion stain on his passenger seat of his Q5. He says he has tried everything, but cant seem to remove the stain.

Any advice please.

Its probly not a stain.

The rest of the seat got sun burn and that section got saved by the SPF50 :roflol:
