discussion Servicing Experience with BMW Pinetown? And independent BMW mechanics in Durban?

Hi

Has anyone had any issues with BMW Pinetown?

I don’t plan on keeping the car for too long so would like to keep the “FSH with agents” status as much as possible. But I have also read about terrible agents who don't care much about their clients cars and return them with issues.

I also plan on taking it to a good independent BMW mechanic every now and then to do checks for preventative reasons. Any recommendations here?

My folks have been using them for years, from the time of Forsdicks up until today, and have no complaints with the service received. I know the in-laws go to Pinetown now as well and have had good service with the amount of shit that's gone wrong with a few of their cars recently.
