• 0-60 mph in 3.1 seconds
• 0-124 mph (standing start) in 10.8 seconds (0.3 seconds quicker than standard M5)
• 189 mph top speed with optional M Driver’s Package
• Model-specific M Sport exhaust system
• Model-specific engine mounts (increased spring rate of 5,139 – compare to 3,312 lbs/in. of the standard M5)
• Lower ride height by 7mm
• Springs are shorter and 10% firmer front and rear
• Unique tuning for damper hydraulics
• Increased negative camber at front axle
• Toe links fitted with ball joints instead of rubber mounts
• Spring rate of rear anti-roll bar is firmer
• Front axle features redesigned mounting for the anti-roll bar
• Standard 20" forged Y-spoke design wheels in bi-color finish with 275/35 R 20 tires front and 285/35 R 20 tires rear
• Optional M carbon ceramic brakes
• Gloss black door handles, mirror bases, mirror triangles, exterior mirror caps, mesh of the signature M gills in the front flanks, door window surrounds, B-pillar trim, kidney grille surrounds, rear bumper cover detailing, M5 trunk badge, and Competition lettering
• Tailpipes in black chrome
• BMW M GmbH colors on seat belts and floor mats with model-specific piping plus an “M5” logo provide the finishing touches
• "M Competition" graphic in instrument cluster on startup
• Production beginning July 2018

Interesting that they have made competition a 'dedicated' brand (which is what M was supposed to be)... So we have a dedicated brand of a dedicated brand of a mother brand....
