I think they have the same motors dependent on the model, The Pre LCIs have the M57 and LCIs have the N57 :coolShake:

Its been a while since I updated this thread. I had the gearbox refurbished at ZF and latest upgraded was the 335i intercooler. :ty: Nikhill for fitting the cooler and cleaning the boost pipes and for refusing to allow me to help :hammerhead:
I cant really feel a difference but then again the car is not always driven at its max. All I can say is that I'm really loving this car. The millage is running up fast but she still drives as smooth as ever. Its such a pleasure to drive and it puts a huge smile on my face when that accelerator hits the floor.

Wow its been long since my last update :tiptoe:
So she finally reached the big 200000km milestone.

I am so impressed by the way this car rides and the service it has given me. with an average of 45000km per year its has truly been nothing but sheer driving pleasure. raise:

Next up was to get my exhaust done. After enough pestering Firoze finally gave in to part with the performance diffuser :ty:

My decision to go to xflow was an easy one. Alistair and his team did an excellent job with the fitment and I would recommend them to anyone who need custom work done. Their workmanship is amazing raise:
The car sounds amazing, has a really nice deep grunt and that ugly diesel sound is completely gone. Still dont know why i waited so long to do this. :smashScreen:
