These Individuals are awesome.
I had a silver one with the black interior.
Mine had the schnitzer exhaust and suspension fitted and man, did it sound and go nicely.
Allota car this and handles beautifully.
Nice colour combo, especially like this specific colour.

Don't be too mistaken Tweety.
In 2004 BMW SA launched the E46 MOTORSPORT II which was gifted the INDIVIDUAL interior, exterior and 17" wheels.

The only thing that then distinguished the two was the paint colour, leather option, 18" rims and INDIVIDUAL door sill insignia. The MSII got an ///M badge on the door sill.

BUT looking at his leather, this may in fact be an INDIVIDUAL.

At E46M3 and tweety...
This 330 is a sport-pack.
Believe me i know what an individual is. (Had one but that one was a 2002)
As for the interior it is called light-brown montana leather.
To be an individual you needed 2 out of the three:
1) Individual Paint
2) M-Sport package
3) Nappa or alcantara leather.
And the car was manufactured in August 2004 and for the first 50000 km or so was used by someone at the factory as per the service books.
The door sills say m and not individual.
But i guess for all intents and purposes it is an "individual".

All i can say is that i'm really enjoying it...
One thing that really shocked me is how light the car is on fuel. Getting close to 700 km if not more on a tank.
