I have quite the history with wagons - I am a bit obsessed so it's logical that I ended up with another. Madeira is an amazing place but at the end of the day there really isn't a place like South Africa, home.

A few months ago - I was really trying to make a push on an E91 335d (!!!!) However, EU hates fun and any vehicle that causes the slightest bit of pollution gets heavily taxed (R20 000 equivalent yearly license disc) and re-registering the car in Portugal AND purchase price made it literally impossible for me

Oh well

Bom, dia Amigo
What a pity you couldn't get that 335D, that's like dream material.
Glad you got to enjoy the E46 Wagon

Um Abraco e boa sorte for your trip back.

This has to be the shortest ownership thread on this forum!
Super cool though, E46 LCI wagon is sick.

Very Nice Bozinho 😜

Flip I could retire in Madeira one day. Hadn’t been in a while but went for a month’s holiday in Dec23/Jan24.

Had to drive my Father in Laws Colt Double Cab. (Hey Free Accommodation and free transport, so not complaining)

But man I wish I had my E92 M3 Comp with M Performance exhaust to drive around the island.
Imagine driving through all those tunnels. No need for a radio😜

Anyway that’s awesome car u had there and good luck coming back home from the motherland

Madeira is not the dream world one might think it is - at least to live there. Lovely place for temporary memories but lots of socio-economic problems.

Madeira will always hold a special place in my heart but don't get it mistaken, it has its fair share of issues itself.
