Nice sunny day for a change.

Gave it a thorough cleaning and took some better pictures this time.

I think it's time for some Angel eyes or at least white indicators.

Trying to keep the look simple and clean, not sure if the newer angel eyes will work?

That is one good looking car. :thumbsup: e39's are some of the best looking bmw's ever made.
In terms of the angel eyes, didnt the newer model e39's headlights have angel eyes (not to sure from what year up) something like in this pic:

It might also be worth while tho get this kind of headlights, the smaller less pronounced corners look pretty good, in my opinion.

The old parts on your car is like new parts on mine!

I love the alluminium around the dails, the widescreen display, the bootspoiler, trimmings around the bottom and those rims! Everything adds to the "sum of the individual parts is more than the total" or something like that...

I spent 4 hours today and darkness caught up on me, I could only give a good wash, cleangreen the engine, wipe it down and give inside proper vacuum. still wanted to do the rooflining and leather as well as silicon the engine. Hope next weekend is nice and clear again.

There is just not many more things that is as much fun as these vehicles.

That's why I like the OEM add-ons so much... When I can afford them that is. I still bought it before BMW went mad with pricing and R70K dashboards.

Angel eyes would work, but I can only find horrible knock offs, anybody got a lead on some used genuine ones, please let me know?

Headlight wise, my 525i has the halogen angel eyes, they came standard on the 2002 models and I think either the higher-end or 2003 models came with Xenon kits.

I'm looking at buying a Xenon set for my car, so you're more than welcome to grab mine. Just not sure if you want halogens though? If you in CT, get hold of me, I feel an epic photoshoot coming along
