I think it'd improve a lot if you got some BMW centre caps.Personally prefer the original wheels or IF you must change, an oem wheel.
Just my opinion though, it is your car and if you like it that's all that matters!

it would improve but "a lot" is a stretch.I think it'd improve a lot if you got some BMW centre caps.
Lol.it would improve but "a lot" is a stretch.
Those wheels look horrible.
18in Style 32 reps?Wow😅
I will admit that I was on the fence when they were being fitted.
I personally don't think they look quite as bad as some of the comments, but each to their own. After fitting them, I do think I would prefer style 65's or even 32's.
You live and you learn, I wanted to try something different.
Problem with the 32's in big meaty tire sizes in 17", non existent locally.
Never seen style 32 reps18in Style 32 reps?![]()
Yeah, I am going to put on BMW center capsPerhaps throw on a set of BMW centre caps and see how it looks.. It may just make a world of a difference. Now can we please have some M5 content![]()
If you're keen on the bbs style... maybe consider the style 42 oem wheels. They do look good when paired with darker colors.

Love the style 42's, use to have a set on my e46, just not the biggest fan of 17s on the e39. Mainly due to tire choice. If you're keen on the bbs style... maybe consider the style 42 oem wheels. They do look good when paired with darker colors.

Out of interest,
Is everyone's issue with the wheels the colour choice, or the wheels themselves?
Reason I'm asking is because they are style 5 reps/BBS RC090, which is an OEM wheel, and even though they are a rep, unless under close up scrutiny, the look just like a style 5.
Just curious as to the hate lol 😅
Ultimately, I either like them or don't, it doesn't matter what anyone else's opinion is, and I think I definitely will wear them for a while at the very least.
It was between these or my spare set of Style 65's I have, but I didn't want to go down the "M5 Lookalike route".
Probably the last option on my list is a square set of style 32's 17".
Different doesn't automatically mean better, but I personally like it because it is different, has a good functional fitment, and being close to an OEM wheel, it doesn't look totally aftermarket. It's actually growing on me.
I think a little bit of lowering, and BMW roundels could make it work for me, personally.
So, is it colour or wheel choice?
Let the flaming begin!🤟🤣
