My 81 E12 518

[MoCarCandyBMW]

Bought it about 3 years ago,it had 55000 kms



I was lucky enough to source an original set of 16" Alpina's open lug.



I wanted a new and unique look so I decided to sell the Alpina's and build a unique set of wheels.

This was my inspiration







The car has 72357 kms currently.

Think I want to change the colour of the face of the rims.

What do you guys suggest?

What a lucky find! The rims look great in the present colour. These old 518 twin Stromberg carb models were really powerful machines.
