M240i Dinan Stage 1

Hi Everyone.

Does anyone have any experience with the Dinan stage 1 tune for the F22 M240i?

My car is a December 2021 model which means that Iven got an active motorplan until the end of 2026, which is why I'm looking at a flash that wont void my plan in any way. I did see some discussion about it in the forums but I cant seem to find it anywhere.

Is it possible to install the Dinan tune on our cars here in SA without voiding my plan? Who does it and how much will it cost? It said $499 online which is not bad but I'm just not sure if its applicable in South Africa. Any advice is appreciated.

If you are concerned about your MP rather keep the car stock. If you want to tune rather go with forum advertisers Xceed who has been around locally for years with a good support base and proven track record.

Any modification can void your motor-plan, more especially any ecu-flash.

Some have tried having two ecu’s with all tuning done via the bench and have got away, some have lost their plans due to a plug and play, there’s no guarantee these days.

If you need your motor-plan it’s best to leave your car stock.

Dinan is not available with BMW SA
