I am not surprised at the result outcome is as expected. From the line x40i give M cars a hard time

M240i and 140i are under rated from factory. If they are neck and neck with the M2 on rollings runs and sometimes edging away then you can guess what they make stock :smilebounce:

For the 440i this kit is a no brainer if you want to keep the plan

I raced a modded m140i with my stock M2 and was neck and neck with it. I believe up top an M2 would be ahead.

Mx40i's and Mx35i's are great cars - why must comparisons be drawn against M cars?
These are simply too different in terms of purpose and delivery to be fair.

I am not generalising, what I said is based on fact. Its no mystery that some modded cars don't respond to certain mods. I have sat in a M2 vs a stock m240i the results were the two cars were dead even. Fact! The cars also making near identical power on the same dyno's (kar). Point in case see link below

The cars are indeed different they are not the same. Now with the M2 comp pack BMW will close the gap between the M140i and M240i drastically.

I owned a modded M235i (which made 281.5wkW and 579Nm) before getting my M2, and in my experience the M2 (even with less power) is a lot livelier. I figured the LSD and suspension difference (even though my M235i did have the M adaptive suspension) enables the car to deliver power to the ground more readily and easily.

problem is the M2 is geared up for 0-100 and over 100 the M240i and M140i beat the M2. Stock VS Stock.

Its not really a problem - I assure you :smilebounce: - and as I mentioned I don't believe the x40i's will outrun the M2 at top. This is my opinion and experience. Happy to agree yours was different.

Based on those figures, the MPPK is worth roughly 0.3 seconds on the 400m? :thumbs:
