I see my ex 330i is in good hands. I must admit though, I would not have gone with such a dark tint on the windows, but she does look good. I still miss the 330i every now and again, but then I just get in the 1M.

Your ex 330i is indeed in good hands, Adrian is very particular and careful! Had the pleasure to take her for a drive and she really drives nicely - as good as new as far as I am concerned!

The tint is also the 35% like the tint on my Wife's 320i - somehow looks darker on the 330i, but if you open the doors and compare they look exactly the same - both cars have black leather interior, so not sure...

Thanks Philip.
I went for 50% tint on the 1M. And even that is a bit too dark for my liking.

For my Wife's safety I am glad that we went 35%, certainly at night, but even during the day it's not always easy to see into the car to see who's driving, so hopefully deters the would be hijacker since they prefer soft targets. Also makes the fact that the car has anti-smash and grab pretty clear to see. Have not had my car's windows tinted yet, fortunately my car is seldom outside in the blazing sun, so at least the interior doesn't "need" that UV protection.

I'll admit the 35 tint came out darker than I was expecting, but I actually like it. I have also found that it really does depend on the lighting conditions and what angle you look at the car. In Philip's pics the tint does look particularly dark. The benefits are great though - keeps the car cool, protects the leather and interior, and reduces visibility into the car.
