It is about R20k (last time I checked), but most people haggle it to be free as part of the purchase price.
It is just software and unlocks a special "Polestar" model that sends up to 100% of torque to the rear wheels, sharpens throttle response and adds a bit more power and torque to the mid-range and top end too (236kw/450Nm vs 220Nm/420Nm) .
Because it is just software and does not really cost the dealer anything, try to haggle with the salesperson - especially given how much this car costs!

On another note, you may find that the steering on these XC60s is way too light. If you dig into the car settings, you will see an option to make the steering heavier or more direct. If you tick that, the car will feel better tackling high speed bends.

On another note, there are reports on the SA Volvo groups that the Google interface is glitchy and has other bugs/issues. There was a software patch released recently to address that.
