I wanted to post this in the F30 or 335i forum but i saw that i could not insert pictures.

Yesterday I went for a drive, and decided to push the car a bit. I did a pull in third gear, and just as the car got into boost, the car started to cut out and I got the drive train error and the car went into limb mode. I immediately stopped and found a code for cylinder 1 misfire, injection switched off. I cleared the codes and carefully home. The car idles fine and does fine when driving calmly. Decided to switch Coils but the issue stayed the same on cyl1. I then switched the spark plug to cyl2 and the misfire followed to cyl 2 with the same code. I'm guessing its time for new spark plugs?

I might go with NGK 1 step colder as im on an MHD stage 1 tune

I had that a bit over a year ago. Except my car didnt throw a code or go into limp mode. The guys at Xflow did the 1 step colder plugs. I also asked for new coils. Been running a hybrid turbo, E15 since with no issues. Also N55 PWG.

Might not be a bad idea to get some new coils myself aswell. These are still the original coils the car came out with from factory, after 150 000kms.
