Was the same thing with Focus rs I chased, just the gap on the straights was bigger.

I think the Cupra had crappy tires as well, power just got wasted in wheel spin I think.

Great footage DB. Can't wait till I have the recourses and time to join. Btw, are you 100% sure it was just your expansion tank cap leaking? It's just that if any of the cooling components malfunctioned and caused an increase in temperature then the pressure in your cooling system would rise and the caps' relief valve pressure would have been triggered and cause coolant to be expelled. Just my 2c, rather safe than sorry.

Thanks Zound, I can find any other anti freeze residue elsewhere. I will give a proper check, car drove to Lanseria, no problems and no puddles :rollsmile:

Some screaming is good :coolShake:, the 350Z had a nice brutish sound as well.

I am seriously impressed with your lines and how well you control your brake and acceleration timing... you're on it man.

Thanks Herman, my mate was with me in the car he gave some good comments - I have some places I can improve, wider and smoother to get less understeer. I think I can definitely improve on my braking, I am trying to go deep but think more can be gained.

I would would like so see if I can get into the 1:21 bracket.

Absolutely - am pretty sure all the poly bushes the Axis limiters all play a role.

Hopefully this December I can sort out the Vanos/final decat/engine flush/better oil/spark plugs and then we must look a the braking system. :fencelook:

Bit of an update on both the BMW and the KTM.

KTM got a new tire, managed to get to 12 5xxkm. Before and after

I managed to drag two of my mates to the dyno, okes really enjoyed. They said the best is the variety of people and how chilled everybody is. Two of them behind me in the pic Divio took.

As with all the other dyno days the e46 went on the rollers purely out of support for the event, we all known the 325i is no power house and mine is stock-ish. I am happy with the results still makes even smooth power all the way to the redline and the torque curve is fairly flat at 180nm-ish.

The second run, that subsequently resulted in a 3rd place finish in the 6cyl NA class. :rollsmile:
e36 M's where first and second. The other two cars where a 2.8 z3 and a 330ci.
