Even though I end up driving the E90M3 more than this car, the sound of the S85 is just mesmerising. I never, ever, ever grow tired of it.
It was the easiest car to fall inlove with. And surprisingly it has been extremely problem free...
That mainly thanks to Werner at Pinnacle for replacing virtually everything that could possibly go wrong with any E60M5.
Recently did another oil change also running it on Motul X8100 10w60 full synth with fresh OEM filters.
Also did some front suspension work to the sound of R20k. Control arms and bushes all round with alignment and shes feeling as tight as ever.
They all still seemed ok but upon closer inspection could see some perishing and cracking and the (while you're there syndrome) developed.
It was the easiest car to fall inlove with. And surprisingly it has been extremely problem free...

Mileage on 106xxx kms. Bear in mind engine and all big ticket items were done at 90k kms. Big end bearings and Mains, fuel pump plugs pressure regulator etc... Service history list is extensive. New clutch and flywheel etc..
Not a R1 to be spent on it except for rear brake pads that just triggered the sensor.

I was still dreaming of buying this car. Wow I really hope it's gone to a fanatic then we get to see it more. Absolute mint car and so well maintained.
