Hi All,
Having had a few terrible experiences with 'travel to your home' detailers I must admit I was a little sceptical about having my new ride detailed. I did the usual research and learning (youtube), took the time to speak to a few detailers and finally I settled on CCT purely on the basis of the first conversation I had with Rowen on the phone. A short while later on the same day, I visited CCT where Rowen assessed the vehicle and suggested a 3 stage polish, ceramic coating and VPS for headlamps. We duly settled on a date & I excitedly dropped off my car on the public holiday for 3 days with the CCT Team.
I'll spare everyone the details of the next few days but suffice to say, I felt my car was in good hands at all times. Rowen kept me updated all the way through the process and never once altered the committed deadline, despite being very busy. To top it all off, I decided on Friday morning that I wanted blackouts on the kidneys and gills and CCT duly responded by having it done professionally and to the standard I asked for.
Saturday morning and I finally got to see the results of CCT's fabulous work - I could not be happier! The alpine white is significantly whiter and brighter and there's an even depth to the car which was not there when I bought it. CCT also managed to have all my windows cleaned to a point where they looked brand new (car had very hazy windows on the inside).
All told, I am SO impressed by CCT - their professionalism and attention to detail is truly outstanding. I truly appreciated them staying in touch consistently and setting very clear expectations with me upfront (some deeper scratches could not be fixed with the paint correction). Their pricing was fair and I got more than I bargained for when they cleaned the engine bay and dressed it. They also gave the interior a good going over. The car looks amazing and it's evidenced by all the thumbs up I got when driving to the shops this morning.
Haven't had much time to admire the work this weekend due to family from US visiting but I did manage to take a few shots this morning and hope you enjoy them as much I enjoy admiring her every time I get in!
