Finally got all the parts required for the front end upgrade... and it IS quite alot of parts, not just a bumper swap

Bumper will be going in for paint tomorrow, and hopefully I'll be in the mood to fit over the weekend :rollsmile:

I think it's going to look good when done :joy:

I was considering fitting the lci bumper, but would have had to cut and weld around the headlight area, as well as change the top to line up with the hood...
Too much work, and if we were going to do that, would rather modify a 1m bumper.

So, I'm changing to the m-sport pre lci bumper.
This involves new fender lining, under carriage tray, air ducts, etc..

The change is mostly because I wanted to fit this lip

To be honest, I was nervous about fitment because its an expensive part...but worked out well

As far as i know i haven't seen any with the arkym lip yet

Put alotta thought into this and hopefully what we visualised will pay off

The requirement is always to use oem bumpers as the basis and add to that.
Currently the market is flooded with corner splitters, and the arkym piece has influenced the decision to go the msport route.

Sorry I couldn't come thru for you regarding the bumper. Must admit wasn't as easy an experience as I thought, dealing with BMW. But at least I got my car back this weekend.
