POLL for Proposed Karting Event

Good Day Members.

BMWFanatics Events teams are striving to bring you guys exciting events throughout the 3 main regions.

The GP team is in the process of planning the March Event and instead of a Cars and Coffee...we thinking about bringing you guys a

KARTS & KOFFEE event.

The suggested dates would be mid March, probably the 17th or 18th for in door and 14th or 21st april for outdoor.
The 2 venues proposed are one indoor track and one outdoor track.


Here are the Details:

The indoor track (booking Available) will cost us R8500 for a 2 hour le mans style Event, with 6 karts, and 5 drivers per team. that gives each driver changing every 10min.
We've calculated on an average of 30 people the cost would be +-R285 each driver
Max amount of Drivers per session : 30

The outdoor track (if we can secure a booking) will cost R1300 a kart for 60 minutes of Le Mans style racing as well. Min 5 kart and Max 14.
If its a 2 man team, thats 30 min racing per driver and cost is R650 a kart
If its a 3 man team, thats 20 min racing per driver and cost is R435 a kart
Max amount of drivers per session : 42

Outdoor is wayyyyy better, yes, zwartkop kyalami is epensive, but its way worth it compare to these indoor ones.

Bump...Last day to vote for your preferred type of Go karting event. so far its 13-12.

Indoor Go karting can be held in March
Outdoor @ swartzkops we can make a booking only for 14th and 21st of April 2018

Don't understand how we have 25 votes when only 11 people are attending. People not attending should refrain from voting! Also the poll is closed, I would definitely prefer the Zwartkops track, its amazing fun!

Pole was running for 7 days exactly. None the less we will be sorting everything out this weekend and will get back here with an official event on Monday.
