Awesome! Any mods required to get them fitted?

The E90 drop hats?

no mods, just need a spring compressor and your hand tools. While you at it might as well renew shock mounts :coolShake:

Been some time since i last updated here.

since then not much changed other for the addition of m3 skirts and front bumper. Coillovers were taken out in favour of some shocks and springs for now. Borbets were replaced with style 32's :=): LSD Came out and she now cruises around with a 2.93 open diff :thumbdo:

took the girl out for a topless cruise yesterday and took some pics

Exhaust
Woke up saturday morning and took the car along with my standard exhaust system to the exhaust shop. She sounds so damn good now i dont know why i ever wanted louder when i initially swapped it out

Suspension Redo
and with the car being so low and bumper taking so many knocks, shocks bottoming out, I decided to fit mystandard springs and shocks and while i was there replaced the lower control arms, lower control arm bushes, tie rods, swaybar links and front shock mounts

I used old original E30 Control arms...same as E36 just uses solid outer balljoints instead of the floating ones. E30 arm in the middle for comparison. Also got some polyurethane bushes from Andre's rubbers suitable for street so not as hard.
That along with meyle balljoints pressed in by local fitment centre. Shock mounts, tierods and droplinks were from masterparts

Got back stripped the vert and got to work  Yeah tools and parts everywhere :cartel:

Results
A night and day difference in the feel and drive of the car. Cruises over bumps and very easy on the ear, no harshness in the ride... no lowness or stance to report but super stoked with the weekends work:coolShake:
