Sankekur said:Shot dude I am glad you got sorted , I have to say it really looks good, really cleans up the front end. Just a pity that the numberplate still has to go on
Stuck mine on already, would love to have kept the front without a numberplate, but still looks a heck of a lot better than the numberplate holder

Waiting patiently for the splitters to be fitted...

I must however agree, the Golfies are hardy little bastards! I have had my fair share of them and my favourite was a little nippy 1995 CTi - gun metal 1.8. Slapped a 288 cam in her ass and she was a pleasure. :excited: That car was driven hard everyday and up until the day she was sold (5 years later), she asked nothing more than her regular service!!

Gizmo said:I actually cut the std number plate holder so I keep the top holes to fit the plate with push clips. The trim Arbee has doesn't have any holes so he needs to stick the plate onto the paintwork of the bumper, this was a no-no for me.
Gizmo said:There is no option for silver velcro. I have heard of cops giving drivers with velcro where the plate is supposed to be a very hard time and removing the licence disc as it is supposedly defeating the ends of justice or something, Im sure Coisman can elaborate.
