Motorplan and remapping

I've heard about lots of tuners who claim that their remaps don't affect mp. Has anybody who's remapped had their mp cancelled? A tuner's written promise that their remap is undetectable isn't a contract that can be binding because our court's don't come to the rescue of those who contract to misrepresent to another (such as BMW). Anybody had experience of mp being cancelled after installing an undetectable remap?
