Firi, do you think what you did to your E90 headlights (black on the interior) would work on F30 head lights as well? I've ready about using an oven to melt the adheasive you one can open them up. But I worry about reducing vis at night, etc.
Thanks guys.

My visibility hasn't been affected in the least bit due to projectors/xenons.

If you have halogens headlights, then yes it will be affected.

Visibility wont really be affected as you don't paint the reflective halogen part, as per pics attached;

As for using an oven to open them up, its a 50/50 risk, you run the risk of the lenses developing spider hair line cracks.

Okay so here we go.

First up is the Grills. The panel beaters when fitting my bumper 2 years back managed to cock and up and damage my carbon grills on the car. whilst no one noticed it, i always knew it was there. I always liked the m4 double slat grills and when Outlaw put his set up for sale, naturally i grabbed it.

Will take better pics soon.....

the velcro on the bumper has always been my nemisis, as cleaning it every month worked on my nerves. The second thing , although it was much better then 2 way tape, the older it got the worse it looked. So this had to go.
Bought Eart Magnets in September and never got down to doing it. Moe from Auto Xcessorise did fitment for both. VERY happy with the results as the bumper now has that clean look for when i wanna take pics.

And then the pics on the interior with the new trim plates.

Before fitting, I asked Moe from CrazyRides Detailing to remove the swirls there were on it, and then we coated it using Gtechnik C1 to make it more durable. Absolutely love the new look and it freshened up the interior quite a bit.

If there one thing that I love when modding...its Rims...lol. I have a problem and I’m proud of it.

I wasn’t seriously looking for a rim, but on black Friday these came up at a fantastic deal. I immediately contacted the Vossen SA agent at 5.30am and places the order :smilebounce:

Out with the Vossen CV3s which I absolutely loved and in with the new rims.

The New rims are a collaboration between Vossen and Work Wheels, below are the specs

Brand: VossenWorx
Rims Style: VWS2
Front: 20" x 9j x ET35
Rear: 20" x 10.5j ET42

Tyres: Falken 453
Front: 245 / 30/ 20
Rear 285 / 25/ /25

Before Fitment, I asked Mo from Crazy Rides to get the Rims Nano coated for me. We carried out the Coating by using Gtechniq Wheel Armor to keep it as clean as possible. Will report back in a few months as to how well this hold up.
