technical F30 335i Major Valvetronic issues...

Hey guys, hope all is well.

So I started experiencing my first serious problem with my car. About 3 months ago, I was driving my car normally and started noticing at lower speeds that my throttle response feels slow, and as I stopped on my driveway, I immediately noticed that something was off, as I revved my car, the revs were super delayed, but the car still had full power and idle was fine. I turned the car off and I got greeted with Shadow/Inactive Code 135704 - "Valvetronic system - Warning threshold value, feedback control deviation exceeded."
I tried clearing the code first but it did not want to go away, until I got out and locked the car for a minute and unlocked the car, I was able to clear the code and the car was fine after.

3 weeks passed and the code then returned but this time 2 more codes too (133B04 Valvetronic - No adjustment possible and 13506 Valvetronic - Bottom stop learned), also at low speed and low rev driving. but then I got the good old drivetrain error and the car was in limp-mode and the codes could not be cleared this time. The survomotor was making the infamous trrrrrrrt when you lock and unlock the car ,and then had the car limping to BMW. They did a full Valvetronic Relearn and the car drove AMAZING after that and had no issues whatsoever... until today.

The same Shadow/Inactive code came back, 135704 - "Valvetronic system - Warning threshold value, feedback control deviation exceeded" ALSO just as I got at low speeds, driving into my driveway. Gave it a few little revs and immediately knew what came for me. I cleared the code again this time so I'm going to see how long it takes for the code to come back. I'm pretty sure I'm going to end up having to buy a new survomotor and eccentric shaft, as mine is probably worn. I'm hoping it's wiring or the survomotor wiring harness, because if not, this is probably going to end up being close to a R30 000 job.

If anyone has any advice, please do let me know, I am at a total loss here

Will require a physical inspection as well as ISTA diagnostics to re learn cam positions.

Valvetronic Motor
Eccentric shaft
or Gear teeth

It went to BMW for the ISTA relearn, and it apparently passed the test and the car drove great, but now it seems the issue is back. I think it's the motor aswell, and then I might aswell replace the eccentric shaft too. The eccentric shaft is insanely expensive, it's probably the only part that I'll try to source somewhere else that should be the same quality as BMW OEM, would you know where I could find one, maybe even a good condition used one?

It's a common problem...had the same issue...don't buy used .. No guarantee on how long it's going to last...rather buy new and have peace of mind that it's going to run to another 150 000km....agents would be the best as generics not sure on the lifespan
