Well....something different.....too much Youtube......and just for the fun of it.

When I bought the car I knew I would need to get some work done on the paint as the previous owner stuffed it up, but with my plans for the cars future making it more a toy and weekend car I'm not planning on doing a professional respray till end of this year.

Looks like a really good job, but I also prefer the original colour. It's one of the things I like about the individuals. The colours available on the individual packages set them apart from other bm's.

Guys, the car looks WAY better than reflected in the pics, trust me, I saw it.
Now being a guy myself that like to make my car look different than the norm, I can totally see where Tiaan is coming from, and remember... its not permanent!!

His original paint work really looks bad, as the car was in some sort of accident before he bought it, and it wasn't resprayed properly at all, thus the car didn't look good...

I told Tiaan we can take better pics the weekend, and then you guys will see how nice it actually looks.

PS: I know there are purerists out there, that believe no bmw should ever recieve any form of customisation, but to each his own, and Tiaan, bud, the car looks good!! Well done for taking the time and effort to customise your ride, and giving her some TLC your way, and for being bold enough to do what you did!! :thumbs:

Great job executor! I think it looks awesome! Maybe do the beadings in matt black as well to break it up while doing the morrors and grills.
