Last thing needed before I'm done with the motor was to have the throttle bodies all nicely cleaned up.

I removed the butterflies as well as I wanted to get them throughly cleaned. Here's what the backsides looked like

And all cleaned up

Muuuuch better

Clutch kit installed

Transmission married to the motor and wiring loom installed, as the aren't accessible once installed.

Viola!

I make it seem simple, but each and every item I had to do today was a mission. I think I just had bad luck today. But the really hard work is behind me now. I can now focus on the ancillaries. I'm on the home stretch now!!

Neither can I bud, trust me. It's been almost two months now so I'm getting depressed.

I just spent the better part of an hour reading through this whole thread, and I am baffled by your attention to detail and insight! You must be itching to fire it up!

Well done so far and all the best with the last bit of work. Then for the fun part - counting how many spare bolts and nuts you have left :uhoh:

Just kidding!

So I kinda forgot about this thread for the whole of September. :YesNo:

I'm still at awe at the massive amount of knowledge that Gert has...

Ok now Gert, where and when do I drop mine off?
