So a couple of my biggest annoyances were next on the to do list on my car. These all had to do with the cosmetics of the car and included the following:
Stone chip on left mirror cap
Scratched diffuser
Scratch on left front of bumper

After going back and forth with a couple of ideas I ended up taking the car to @Kuvi@VPSRandburg to get it sorted.

They ended up repairing & respraying the entire front bumper, respraying both mirror caps and the diffuser.

All and all the outcome is exactly what I wanted and I am happy with the difference it made to my car’s appearance. Everything also seems to tie up better with the carbon spoiler..

What did it cost to respray your front bumper ? ...... need to do mine and trying to get a rough estimate of the cost .

I paid around R3k if I remember correctly. They did have some fanatics discount, though.

I think if you budget up to R4.5k you should be okay:thumbs:

So this dirty diesel has just hit 94 000km. Slowly approaching the magic 100 000km mark where it will supposedly fall apart:hammerhead:

No real changes to note as car expenses have taken a bit of a backseat due to some personal matters.

That being said - maintenance carries on as always. As such I am planning to do a diff oil change and coolant flush sometime soon.

The car is still rock solid as ever and running great.

I have also attended some fanatics events, such as Breakfast Run and Dyno Day, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

3 years of owning this car.
What a ride so far.

Mileage is around 101 000km now.

Over December I decided to finally fit black grilles. I opted to go for the single slat ones as opposed to the dual slat ones which tend to look a bit cluttered in the small grill openings on the E90.

Check on the for sale sections, there is a brand new set of OEM Carbon Fibre splitters, might be a good pressie for her being so good all this time!
