E90 320d Fuel Breather Pipe

Hi everyone.

I'm looking for a fuel breather pipe for my e90 320d.

It leaks fuel whenever I fill up a full tank of diesel. My mechanic advises that its most likely the fuel breather pipe based on the fact that it only leaks when a full tank (first click) of diesel of filled, and there is no diesel smell inside the car.

I've tried searching online for the part but to no avail. If anyone can guide me on where to purchase it I would appreciate it.

Thanks

Your mechanic must be certain because that (replacing fuel breather pipe) is labour intensive work. It could all be the fuel filler neck which is not such a big and costly job.
This is located on the rear passenger right side. If you will your tank full and see a leak in that area it might just be the fuel filler neck.

I've just been through this exercise. Mine was leaking in front of the driver's side rear wheel and was diagnosed as the breather pipe.

I'm not sure if aftermarket parts are available, but mine ended up costing approximately R1800 for the pipe and, it being a labour intensive job as Naeem suggested, R3000 labour. To fit the hose, the tank has to be removed and to remove that, the driveshaft and exhaust system has to be removed.

Haven't refilled since receving the car back, but my mechanic has never been wrong-- we shall see soon enough 🤷‍♂️

Please DON'T take my word for it and confirm before ordering anything, but I think the part you're looking for would be item #16 on this list:
3' E90 LCI 320d Fuel tank/mounting parts
