Kept having issues with the cigarette lighter not charging my phone and constantly blowing the fuse...

Of to bmw again for a new one...

All these small issues are expected and just makes you love it so much more when its fixed properly

Northcliff BMW helped me with a Generic O Ring in December at no charge. Was for a thermostat pipe but they had a box with different sizes. Maybe you can match the size and thickness and get a generic one?

Update:

After a day or so of driving around the oil pressure light started acting up again at idle. But as soon as you touch the accelerator the light goes away.

Searching this issue kept poping up with oil pump wear or bearing wear. It was strange due to the fact that the mechanic gave a clean bill of health on the engine.

So long story short after lots of testing we found that a stupid o ring on the crank case ventilation line was worn out and wasnt providing a good seal on the tappet cover.

Bmw does not stock these anymore so i wrapped some insulation tape around the seal as a temp fix...

Drove the car for 2 months now daily and no pressure light :)

Nothing more permanent than a temporary fix that works :smilebounce:

Been a while since updated.

Fitted OEM rear M3 bumper and side skirts.
Got a plastic M3 front bumper from Autostyle which is actually really good quality.
Thin lip boot spoiler.
New shock mounts and set up the coilovers properly. Ride is 10x better.
Performance style gear knob
Redid the roof lining. Guy that came out did a brilliant job. Decided to go with black and keep the grey parts. Actually looks much better than i thought.
Then i fitted Smash and grab at Carbon Bros. Brilliant work from them as well.

Im thinking of changing the wheels next to polished m3 wheels. Still deciding..

Nice one mate.

Car looks beautiful!

I've been through the exact same transformation. I bought a 323i (I call 325 with Vanos) and did exactly what you did with the exception of the rear spoiler.

And I could not for the life of me find the rear bumper, so I envy you.. Also I kept wishing mine was white.

Enjoy your ride man!

I think a set of M contours on this would just finish the car of really nicely. I feel the M3 wheels are overdone, in Durban anyway.. I've even seen a good few VW Polo's rocking M3 reps.

Car is looking super sweet Karsh, big improvement from when you first got it! :blowheart:
