30 000 onco. car is in great condition looked after 131 K on the clock true mileage , We have also just put on new tires all round Pirelli + new battery

Car runs like a dream and is original. No aftermarket goodies.

Although the odometer does concern me. Why don't the digits line up correctly?

AFAIK that only happens if tampered with. No offence. Just curious.

I dot think its been tampered with, my dad bought this car and basically replaced all that needed (brakes battery , tires, took it for all the mechanical checkups ect.), it was a old mans car that went to a old age home and he could not drive anymore, my dad loves this car but unfortunately tough time calls for tough measures.he is on the look out for a smaller car as this is his daily.

It looks like the clock is the process of going from 131 499 to 131 500. That might be why it looks odd.

Consumption, i don't really know not that bad but not the best , as you can see it has stromberg duel carb's and when you open them the car launches really hard. lol

If times are tough, I say its stupid to sell that. What are you realistically going to buy with the 30k that you get from selling it? And if you do find something half decent for that price, what are you going to spend fixing it up? Either way, he is still going to be more out of pocket than right now. Your dad knows that he has a reliable car, and a beaut at that, why sell it so that he can buy some piece of trash?

The longer he holds onto that car and maintains that condition, the more it will be worth.


BTW: Is that EL technikon, and if so then when did they paint it that horrid pink???

yes , it is the old tech, and they painted that color about 4 years ago.
