Hi guys
I have decided it's time to sharpen up the my kidney grills, but I wanted to check something with you guys first.
I currently have Matt Black grills, but they they're a bit faded and chipped. My plan is to sand them lightly with 800 grade sandpaper, apply primer, and then give them a Gloss Black spray over.
Regarding the primer: In my garage I do have a can of spraypaint with built in primer, but the paint is white. Is there anyone that would advise against using this as my base coat? I just thought I could save myself 200 bucks if I don't buy a new can of primer.
Thanks in advance for the help, cheers
