Best will be to search the classifieds (Gumtree, FB Marketplace etc.) for replacement wheels then sell yours.
Check the bore size and search for any original BMW wheel that will fit as finding E70 18s may be difficult.
Saw an Aussie car online that has 17inch E53 X5 wheels with some spacers.
