Just an update,

The car is at RBTS getting a Uniq put in.

On first dyno, before tune, she made 133kw (on the wheels)

Just did some comparison numbers...

133kw on the wheels at the reef is effectively 191kw on the fly. According to this converter I have on my iPad. That includes the 24% loss at reef altitude. Or am I wrong here?

Loss at the reef is at most 15%, but effectively it would be less than that if your charge pressure is regulated. If you are boosting 1 bar, it is half that...

Stock, the e46 323i is 125kw on the flywheel at the coast. Using the same calculation, 125kw or 168bhp on the flywheel, gives 101 rwkw at the coast, here @ the reef, the power is 84 rwkw.

So, from what Ross says, the car is currently faster than 330i, even without injectors or tune. So, looking forward to Wednesday to see how much more we can get.

Ross also reckons the charger was only pulling at 0.3 bar, so we gonna push it to 0.6 bar.

car did 191kw on the fly, 133kw on the wheels... With stock 180cc injectors and no tune. Also faulty coil on one of the cylinders.

Now installing Uni Q with Tune and 440 cc injectors, with new coil and we'll see how much we'll get.
