discussion BMW Montana(Zambezi) recent experiences

Has anyone had a recent service with BMW Montana(Zambezi)? I'm considering them for my next service but can't find any recent reviews on the forum.

Just as an update if anyone else is considering them in the future.
Took my X3 in today for a major service, very quick and easy, price about the same as a few RMIs and they fixed a chip and replaced my fob battery for free.

Would recommend.

Good service these days isnt standard at all dealerships. Even if they know you, one day you go in, great experience. 2 months later and you have a terrible experience. granted, some are worse than others.

Customer service in general these days seems to be a luxury. I am not talking good customer service, or great customer service, JUST customer service.

I am always amazed when someone walks into a place prepared to buy something and walks out empty handed because of SHIT service or being ignored/being profiled.

Ultimately the retention rate from a good 1st experience is high enough to warrant repeat business.
Glad it went well at Zambezi, I bought an E90 from there a long time ago.
At that time they were great chaps to deal with.
